Pleyadiana Kombucha is made with high-quality ingredients, and our mission is to offer our customers a refreshing alternative drink that also provides excellent nutrients such as enzymes and probiotics, to cleanse and rebuild your body.
It consists of a SCOBY (symbiosis between yeast and bacteria) that looks like a white gum cake; it is placed inside black tea and sweetened green tea so that it ferments between 7 and 15 days. After this time, we obtain a drink with a flavor or taste similar to a cider or a healthy soft drink. Later it is bottled, and the amber color of the bottles serves to preserve its properties. In the end, we add flavors: apple, mint-pennyroyal, jamaica, cardamom and ginger.
HISTORY
I started making kombucha for my family back in 2012, suddenly I found a healthy product that was also delicious and bubbly; Later, in 2015, I decided to share it by putting it up for sale.
We currently have more than 60 points of sale in the state of Oaxaca.
We sell mostly in the state of Oaxaca, and we also ship to CDMX.
